joan jett is the corpse on this week’s criminal intent. she plays a murdered public access host. the plot is a weird wolfgang van halen sort of thing, with added creepy old punker elements. (i haven’t reached the episode’s end yet so I don’t know who did it.)
wow. echoing my earlier entry, i need to start remembering to remember when the actual new episodes are on. (edit: i just looked it up. i was watching this awesome doc about the “nollywood” film industry at that time, in which case i’m all right with missing out this week.)
i’m a little apprehensive because, in my opinion, “law and order: regular” went way downhill when it started getting overly gimmicky/current eventsy (not to mention tacked-on “personal life” subplotsy), but as with the jessica walter thing, i am hard pressed to think of a reason why this would not be totally entertaining. i mean, “creepy old punker elements”?? dude.
